Animation

Up until about ten to fifteen years, the jobs that were available in the field of animation were rather limited.  A person interested in a career in animation was confined primarily to working in television and film.  Of course, as with so many things in this day and age, all of this changed with the advent of the Internet.

If you are considering a career in animation, many employers looking for animators now actually require applicants for positions to have a bachelors degree.  There are, on the other hand, some certification programs as well.  With this noted, in the field of animation, experience is still very important.  Therefore, on the job training programs remain a very important factor as well.

Careers in animation can still be had in television and in film.  And, of course and as has been mentioned, the job prospects for people online are growing in leaps and bounds when it comes to animation.
