Fashion design can be a very glamorous occupation.  In addition, it can be a very gratifying career choice for a person with talent in the 21st century.  In this regard, if you are interested in a career in fashion design, there are two primary courses of education that you will want to consider.

First, many people interesting in fashion design find that enter into a certification program is sufficient.  On the other hand, there has been a significant increase in the number of people who’ve elected to embark on obtaining a bachelors degree as means of pursuing a career in fashion design.

The income associated with a fashion design can be plentiful over time.  In addition, there many different career options available to a person interested in fashion design … including working for a fashion design house or even designing theatrical costumes -- and other positions in between.
