Social Science - General Information

There are many different educational courses a person can take when it comes to social science.  Social science is a broad field that includes many different educational and occupational opportunities.

There are a variety of different degree options when it comes to social science and related courses of study.  These include associates, bachelors, masters and PhDs that are available to people interested in the study of social science and its many disciplines.

Professions in one or another of the social science disciplines can be had in both the public and the private sector.  In addition, some people who obtain one or another of the various degrees that are offered in the social science arena and up teaching.

The rate of pay and salaries associated with the social science field varies greatly based upon the specific job or career that one elects to pursue in the field.
