Education - Teaching General Information

In recent years, the demand for teachers and other educational professionals has increased.  This demand for more teachers and education professionals has increased on all levels -- from elementary to college and university instruction.

When it comes to the education and teaching profession, there are a variety of different educational requirements depending on what level of education a person wished to instruct.  For example, if a person wishes to teach at the elementary school level, a person needs a bachelors degree.  At the other extreme, if a person desires to teach on the college and university level, a person in such circumstances likely will need at least a masters if not an even more advanced degree.

Salaries and wages associated with education and teaching have improved in recent times.  The higher paying positions remain in the college and university level.  The lower paying positions remain at the elementary and high school levels.  There are wage and salary variations according to geographic location as well.
